摘要
系统研究了铜对高硅铸铁组织和性能的影响－ 结果表明：高硅铸铁中添加适量的铜，可提高强度，降低硬度，减小白口倾向，改善加工性能－ 用扫描电镜观察了高硅铸铁加入铜所引起的组织变化－
Effect of the copper on the structure and properties of cast iron with high silicon has been investigated systematically.The results show that the strength of the cast iron is enhanced,the hardness and chilling tendency are reduced as well as the machinability of the cast iron is also improved.The role of the copper to the structure of high silicon cast iron is observed by SZM.
