摘要
对天华公司蒸汽发生器(E- 53) 穿透裂纹产生及扩展原因进行了分析,用三维有限元软件进行了断裂计算,并考虑了残余应力的影响,最后对含穿透裂纹蒸汽发生器进行了“未爆先漏”安全评定。
An analysis of the cause of initiation and growth of the penetration axial cracks in the steam generator E-53 is made. The stresses and stress\|intensity factor in the steam generator E-53 are analyzed numerically by three dimensional finite element method. The influence of residual stress is reached. Finally, the safety assessment for the steam generator E-53 in Leak\|Before\|Break condition is presented.
