At the first, this paper systematically analyzes the hybrid strategy of genetic algorithm and the other algorithms.After the hybrid problem of genetic algorithm and the chaotic optimization algorithm are discussed in detail, a new hybrid algorithm is put forwork.The simulation results show that the new hybrid algorithm can fully search the globally optimal solution in a very short time.
