摘要
本文首先提出了面向产品全生命周期的数字化远程服务系统的模型，然后讨论了它的实现，最后结合中德政府合作项目－ “制造企业多媒体远程服务／远程支持系统”面向上海大众汽车有限公司的具体应用给出了实例。
