摘要
质管科是血站质量管理的重要部门。结合工作实践,在明确质管科职能的基础上,从日常管理、内部审核及管理评审3方面,就质管科如何充分发挥其质量管理职能进行了总结。
The quality control department is an important department in quality management of blood center. Combination of work experience, on the basis of a clearly quality control functions, the paper summarized how to develop quality management function of the quality control department from three aspects ： day to day management, internal audit and management assessment.
