摘要
主要从操作的角度,浅述在推进无PVA上浆中的思路和体会。认为遵循"相似相容"原则选用浆料是保证上浆效果的基础;全面掌握接枝淀粉浆料的性能,简化浆液匹配组分是发挥浆料性能的前提;提高原纱质量是无PVA上浆的条件;运用在线检测方法,实施对纱线伸长的控制是稳定浆纱性能的关键。
Based on some practice,some experiences of sizing process without PVA were shared in this paper,including following the theory of'similarity and compatibility' when choosing sizing material,controlling the performance of graft starch,simplifying the sizing ingredients,etc.In addition,the author also put forward that improving raw yarn’s quality is the basis of sizing without PVA,and controlling the yarn’s elongation with some online detecting measures is the key to stabilize the sizing performance.
