摘要
从当前农业形势出发,分析农业科技以人为本的基本思想和基本内容,阐明了人的需求满足、素质的提高以及农民生活的改善与农业科技的关系,揭示人是农业科技进步中的决定性因素。
This paper analysed basic ideas and contents of taking people as the root on agricultural science and technology by connecting current situation in agriculture,and it stated the relationships between meeting the people′s requirements,developing people′s quality,improving peasants′s life with the progress on agricultural science and technology,and the paper also revealed that people is vital factor in progress of agricultural science and technology
