摘要
运用病原菌离休抑菌及植物幼苗活体试验的方法,测试了7种海洋微藻对3种蔬菜幼苗生长,以及对4种蔬菜病原菌的作用。试验表明,经微藻悬浮液喷施处理的蔬菜幼苗普遍生长健壮,叶色浓绿,幼苗变黄死亡时间延长3~19d。4种微藻对植物病原真菌有不同程度的抑制作用。认为,海洋微藻具有促进植物生长和抑制植物病原菌的作用,可作为开发生物源农药的新资源。
Suspension of 7 marine microalgae were studied with regard to their effects on the growth of 6 species of vegetables and antifungal activities for 4 plant pathogenic fungi. The seedlings stem were strong and wilt of time postponed 3-19 days after treated with 7 species of microalgae suspensions. 4 kinds of suspension produced variant antifungal activi ties and Porphyridum cruntum showed highly activity on 4 species of pathogenic fungi. The reslts indicated that some marine microalgae played a role in both promoting plant growth and inhibiting pathogenic fungi, some of them coluld be exploited as new resources of biolog ical fungicide.
