摘要
目的观察针刺关元等穴治疗中风恢复期偏身汗出的临床疗效。方法将中风恢复期偏汗患者60例,按随机数字表法分为两组各30例,观察组予针刺关元并配合补阳还五汤治疗,针刺每日1次,同时服用补阳还五汤,7次为1个疗程;对照组仅予以补阳还五汤治疗,2个疗程后观察汗出指标。结果观察组总有效率为100%,明显高于对照组76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针刺关元等穴配合补阳还五汤能有效治疗中风恢复期偏汗。
Objective To investigate therapeutic effects of acupuncturing acupoint Guanyuan combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction on hemihidrosis during Stroke convalescence.Methods 60 cases of stroke patients with hemihidrosis during convalescence were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each.The patients in treatment group were acupunctured in Guanyuan et.c combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction,acupuncturing once everyday,7 days a treatment course,and in control group were administrated with Buyang Huanwu decoction only.The indexes of sweating were observed after 2 treatment courses.Results The total effective rate 100% in treatment group was much higher than 76.67% in control group（P0.01）.Conclusion The acupuncturing Guanyuan points combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction is very effective to treat hemihidrosis during stroke convalescence.
