摘要
目的比较健脾法、补肾法和健脾补肾法对慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血T细胞功能的影响。方法收集24例慢性乙型肝炎患者和10例健康人的抗凝外周静脉血,分离外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs),进一步分离提取培养T细胞,采用大鼠健脾、补肾和健脾补肾药物血浆进行干预。检测T细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+及CD28+分子的表达。结果3组药物血浆干预后CD4+分子表达率升高(P<0.05),CD8+分子表达率降低(P<0.05),补肾组药物血浆干预后CD3+表达率升高(P<0.05),补肾组和健脾补肾组药物血浆干预后CD28+分子表达率升高(P<0.05)。结论健脾法、补肾法和健脾补肾法均能调节慢性乙型肝炎患者T细胞免疫功能,补肾法对慢乙肝患者T细胞功能的影响更为显著。
Objective To compare the effects of of tonifying kidney,strengthening spleen and tonifying spleen-kidney on peripheral blood T cells in chronic hepatitis patients.Methods The peripheral blood anticoagulant from 24 patients with chronic hepatitis and 10 healthy people were separated for peripheral blood mononuclear cells（PBMCs）,further,T cells were extracted,separted and cultured,then,the T cells were interfered by plasma with the three groups of Chinese medicines.The expression of CD3＋,CD4＋,CD8＋ and CD28＋ in T cells were detected.Results After intervened by the medicated plasma including three groups of medicines,the levels of CD4＋ expression were higher（P0.05）,the levels of CD8＋ expression were lower（P0.05）;after intervened by medicated plasma including tonifying kidney medicines,the level of CD3＋ expression were higher;after intervened by medicated plasma including tonifying kidney and tonifying spleen-kidney medicines,the levels of CD28＋ expression were higher（P0.05）.Conclusion All the three groups of medicines can regulate T cells in patients,and the tonifying kidney method is more signicant.
