摘要
目的观察苗药肤痔清软膏(STZ)对糖尿病大鼠皮肤溃疡愈合速度的影响。方法将SD大鼠右前肢皮下埋植磁片并腹腔注射STZ,后于右前肢添加外源磁片压迫血液循环,造成糖尿病皮肤溃疡模型。按随机数字表法将30只大鼠模型随机分成肤痔清软膏组、凡士林组、空白组。肤痔清软膏组外用肤痔清软膏;凡士林组外涂凡士林,每天换药1次,连续7 d;空白组不施加任何治疗措施,观测其创面愈合时间。结果肤痔清软膏组在糖尿病溃疡创面的愈合速度上与空白组、凡士林组在第3、5、7天比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肤痔清软膏明显缩短糖尿病皮肤溃疡的愈合时间。
Objective To observe the Effects of Fuzhiqing ointment（STZ） on healing diabetic skin ulcer in rats.Methods The rat models of diabete skin ulcers were constructed by which the magnetic sheet was Implanted in the right foreleg and STZ was injected into enterocoelia,then,exogenous magnetic sheet was implanted in the right foreleg to compress the blood circulation.30 rats were divided randomly into 3 groups： STZ group treated with STZ externally,petrolatum group with petrolatum externally and control group with nothing,treatment one time a day,lasted 7 days.and then,the healing process was observed.Results The healing speed in STZ group was statistically faster at the 3rd,5th and 7th day compared with both other groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Fuzhiqing Ointment can obviously shorten the healing time of diabetic skin ulcers of rats.
