摘要
当代学者认为学生应具有调查、发现、批评和推理的能力。为此在基础演讲课程中,教师首先应帮助学生建立形成批判性思维的基础,要让学生认识到批判性思维的重要性;关注社会,加深演说内容的深度;收集演讲原文相关的信息;使用分析文字数据的软件。批判性思维的培养可以从构建不同技能入手:语言构建技能帮助学生最大限度地精简信息;情境构建技能培养学生把独立的信息联合成为综合性的整体信息的能力;组织构建技能使学生的论证观点更易被观众接受;文体构建技能调节学生传送信息的语言、语体和形式。
Modern scholars deem that language learners should possess the abilities of investigation,exploration,criticization and ratiocination.Hence,in the basic public speaking classroom,teachers should primarily assist the learners to form the foundation of critical thinking by making them recognize the importance of critical thinking,pay close attention to the social facts,deepen the speech arguments,collect information relevant to the speech notes,and apply the data analysis software programs.Fostering the critical thinking skills can be realized by constructing different skills—language construction skills help the students maximize the brevity of the information,context construction skills cultivate the ability of integrating information into an entirety,organization construction skills help making the students' arguments accepted by the audience more easily,literary style construction skills help coordinate the language,style and forms of the information sent.
