摘要
通过研究新生代农民工就业过程中存在的制约因素,旨在为实现新生代农民工充分就业提供完备的理论支撑。研究发现,制约新生代农民工就业的因素主要有:城市化发展不足和不均衡、产业结构的不合理、政府对农民工的公关就业服务严重不足、新生代农民工就业观念存在误差和专业知识技能培训的缺乏等几个方面。
This paper aims to provide the complete theoretical support for achieving full employment of new generation migrant workers by studying restrictive factors in the process of employment of new generation migrant workers.It is found that the main factors which restrict the employment of new generation migrant workers are：inadequate and uneven development of urbanization,irrational industrial structure,serious shortage of public relations of the government to migrant worker employment services,new generation migrant workers employment concept errors and lack of expertise in skills training and other aspects.
