摘要
产业发展影响因素及其作用机理揭示了产业发展演化的动态过程和内在规律,成为产业发展演化的核心问题。基于"钻石模型"提取产业发展的影响(动力)因素并分析其动态特征,提出绿色食品产业发展机理的理论分析模型。研究结果表明:绿色食品产业发展演化过程是一个各种因素交互作用的系统动态过程,产业政策、产业组织与结构创新是绿色食品产业发展的原动力,产业发展动力随产业发展阶段不同而表现出更迭性,产业发展机理揭示了绿色食品产业发展的作用过程与内在规律,有助于为我国绿色食品产业结构优化和产业发展提供理论依据和决策参考。
Influencing factors and development mechanism form the core issues of industrial development,which reveals the dynamic process and inherent law.This paper presents some influencing factors of the development of green food industry on the basis of the ＂diamond model＂,analyzes their dynamic characteristics and proposes a theoretical development mechanism model for the green food industry.Researches show that the development of the green food industry is a dynamic process during which many factors interact with each other with industry policies,industry organizing and structure innovation being the source power.While influencing factors change in different development stages of the industry,development mechanisms reveal the development process and inherent laws of Chinese green food industry.Both provide a scientific policy-making reference and decision-making basis.
