摘要
阐述我国目前面临的农村剩余劳动力数量大、素质低、隐性失业、转移成本较高、永久性城市居住意向强以及外出就业环境差等问题,提出解决农村剩余劳动力的相关政策及建议,为我国农村剩余劳动力的转移提供参考。
This article deals with the existent problems in China＇s rural spare labors,such as a large number of spare labors with inferior qualities,high transfer costs,strong willingness to live in cities.Accordingly,the author puts forward measures to address these problems.
