This article deals with the objective and significance of implementing protective cultivation technique in Changtu County.The author examines the advantages,mechanism and technical contents of implementing protective cultivation,makes analysis on the social and economic benefits that protective cultivation brings to Changtu.The author stresses that it is imperative to carry out protective cultivation in Changtu.
