摘要
针对普洱茶传统发酵工艺和技术存在的劳动强度大、可控性操作差等诸多弊端,研发集自动潮水、保温保湿发酵、旋转翻堆等技术于一体的多功能双层保湿转动式普洱茶发酵罐(专利号ZL 2009201116889),可实现普洱茶发酵过程的自动化、清洁化、数字化、标准化和可控性操作。
Aiming at the drawbacks existed in the fermentation craft and technology of traditional Pu-erh tea such as: labor intensity,poor controllable operation and many other drawbacks,our team developed a kind of Pu-erh tea fermentation tank(patent No.ZL2009201116889).The double moisturizing rotation Pu-erh tea fermentation tank,which had the multi-functions of automatic tides,insulation moisturizing fermentation,and rotating turns,could realize the functions such as: automatic fermentation,clean production,standardization and controllable operations in the process of Pu-erh tea fermentation.
