摘要
本文通过有限元法对400000DWT矿砂船进行了全船和局部的振动性能预报。该预报通过流固耦合方法添加附连水;界面位移综合法进行局部模态分析;Holden法加载螺旋桨激励。计算中发现因为主机未加横撑而引起的船体多处剧烈振动。最终通过添加横撑的方案使400000DWT矿砂船振动性能改良,满足ISO6954标准。
Based on the finite element method, a study on vibration performance prediction for global and local vibration of 400 000 DWT ore carrier was performed in this paper. The study applied the added mass by using fluid- solid coupled method,adopted static condensed method to process component mode analysis and took the Holden method to load propeller induced pressure. The calculation results showed that heavy vibration from several spots of hull appear due to lack of main engine top bracing. The vessel' s vibration was reduced by adding top bracing, while satisfying the requirement of ISO 6954 at the same time.
