摘要
司法秩序是法律调整的特殊形式和现象,是司法过程中所体现出来的规律性现象,是将处于抽象静态的法律规定适用到具体的社会生活中形成的动态法律秩序。而农村司法秩序应该是动态稳定、有序可循的,充满着理性权威、良性和谐的成分。
The judicial order is the legal adjustment special form and the phenomenon, is regular phenomenon which in the judicial process manifests, is in abstract static the legal rule to be suitable the dynamic legal order which forms to the concrete social life ino But the countryside judicature order should be dynamic stable, the order may follow, is filling the rational authority, the benign harmonious ingredient.
