摘要
目的研究银白离褶伞(Lyophyllum connatum(Schum.:Fr.)Sing.)子实体的化学成分。方法银白离褶伞子实体的氯仿/甲醇(1∶1,v/v)提取部位经过硅胶、RP-18、Sephadex LH-20等多种材料进行分离纯化,通过现代波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为9(Z)-十八烷烯酸(1)、麦角甾-4,6,8(14),22-四烯-3-酮(2)、麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β-醇(3)、过氧麦角甾醇(4)、烟酰胺(5)、尿嘧啶(6)、麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(7)、腺嘌呤核苷(8)。结论以上化合物均为首次从该种真菌中分得。
Aim To investigate the chemical instituents from the carpophore of Lyophyllum connatum.Methods The CHCl3/CH3OH（1∶ 1,v/v）extracts of the carpophore of Lyophyllum connatum were separated and purified by silica gel,RP-18,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,respectively.Their structures were elucidated using spectroscopic analysis.Results A total of 8 compounds were isolated and identified as oleic acid,（22E,24R）-ergosta-4,6,8（14）,22-tetraen-3-one,（22E,24R）-ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3β-ol,5α,8α-Epidiory-（22E,24R）-ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol,nicotinamide,uracil,（22E,24R）-ergosta-7,22-dien-3β,5α,6β-triol,and adenosine.Conclusion All compounds are isolated from this fungus for the first time.
