依佐加滨(ezogabine) 被引量：2

摘要 由Valeant制药公司和GlaxoSmithKline合作研发的钾通道开放剂依佐加滨（ezogabine，又称瑞替加滨retigabine，商品名Pofiga）片剂于2011年6月10日获得美国FDA批准在美国上市，该药被用于成人部分癫痫发作的辅助治疗，依佐加滨是首个治疗癫痫病的神经元钾通道开放剂。
