低潮气量机械通气在呼吸机相关性肺损伤中的应用进展 被引量:4

摘要 机械通气用于急症患者的呼吸支持治疗和外科手术患者的全麻通气支持已经几十年,尽管它提供了一种救命的手段,但同时还可导致一系列并发症,其中呼吸机相关性肺损伤(ventilator induced lung injury。
