摘要
虚拟化平台是推动高校校园网的建设、维护和管理技术革新的一个有利契机。提高学校有限计算资源的利用率,更好地服务全体师生,是每个高校网络技术部门的工作核心。尤其是对于新建网络中心的高校,通过把虚拟化平台的发展引入到校园网发展实践中,结果表明该技术可实现校园网的高效服务、高可靠性、节能环保、易于管理维护,并具有良好的扩展性。
Virtualization platform provides an good opportunity to improve campus network construction,maintenance and management technology.Serving all the students and faculty staff better with limited computing resources is the core responsibility for network department.The new network centers are strongly recommended to apply virtualization technology to their roadmap in the paper,and the practice shows that the application can develope efficient service,high reliability,energy saving and ervironment protection of campus network,as well as easy management and good scalability.
