摘要
目的探讨不典型川崎病的早期诊断与治疗方法，总结临床诊治经验，提高诊治效率。方法对我院2006年6月-2009年6月收治的40例不典型川崎病患者的临床资料进行总结，并结合相关文献，总结实现不典型川崎病早期诊断和治疗的有效方法。结果经过规范治疗，40例患者均实现临床治愈，平均住院时间（15．7±4．8）d。结论早期诊断、及时采取有效治疗措施是不典型川崎病治疗的关键。
Objective To explore the early diagnosis and treatment on atypical Kawasaki disease, and summarize the clinical diagnosis and treatment experiences for improving efficiency. Methods The clinical data of 40 cases of atypical Kawasaki disease from June 2006 to June 2009 were summarized in this paper, combining relevant literature, to study how to realize the early diagnosis and treatment method. Results With standard treatment,40 patients achieved clinical cure,with average length of hospitalization （15.7 ± 4.8）days. Conclusion Early diagnosis and prompt effective treatment are the keys for treatment of atypical Kawasaki disease.
