摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对胆囊息肉样病变的诊断价值。方法对83例胆囊息肉样病变患者的声像图特征进行回顾性分析。结果胆固醇性息肉41例，炎性息肉16例，胆囊腺瘤12例，腺癌14例。超声诊断与病理诊断符合率为96．4％。结论彩色多普勒超声可对胆囊息肉样病变做出准确的诊断，指导临床选择治疗方案。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of polypoid lesion of gallbladder by color doppler ultrasound. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the ultrasonographic image features of 83 patients with polypoid lesion of gallbladder. Results Among the 83 patients, 41 were cholesterolpolyps, 16 were inflammatory polyps, 12 were gallbladder adenoma, 14 were adenocarcinoma. The coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis and pathologic diagnosis was 96.4%. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can make an accurate diagnosis on polypoid lesion of gallbladder, and guide the clinical treatment options of polypoid lesions of gallbladde.
