摘要
目的观察无水乙醇冲洗、曲安奈德封闭疗法加压包扎治疗腱鞘囊肿的临床疗效。方法将腱鞘囊肿穿刺抽尽囊液并用无水乙醉冲洗后,注入曲安奈德,局部加压包扎治疗80例,观察其疗效。结果痊愈76例,占95%;复发4例,占5%;再次采用本方法进行治疗,均痊愈。总有效率100%。结论改良封闭疗法加压包扎治疗腱鞘囊肿是一种简便高效的好方法。
Objective To observe the therapy efficacy on ganglion cyst though ethanol douching,block therapy with triamcinolone acetonide and final pressure dressing.Methods 80 patients who suffered from Ganglion cyst were treated with the methods that after Ganglion cyst Paracentesis and Ethanol douching,triamcinolone acetonide was injected,finally pressure dressing was executed.Results Recovered in 76 cases,accounting for 95%,recurrence in 6 cases,accounting for 5%,who received second medical treatment with the same methods and were all cured ultimately.Conclusion The improved Methods of block therapy and pressure dressing treating on ganglion cyst was simple and efficient.
