摘要
目的观察采用整形美容技术切除体表肿瘤的效果。方法 146例患者采用整形美容技术切除多种类型体表肿瘤,术后病理切片检查以明确肿瘤性质及肿瘤边缘基底切除干净情况。结果所有病例伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,伤口瘢痕较小。其中84例随防6个月～2年,器官无变形移位,外形美观,患者满意。结论体表肿瘤采用整形美容技术切除是一种理想的治疗方法。
Objective To observe the effects of application of plastic surgery techniques remove of body surface tumor.Methods 146 cases of patients were used plastic surgery technique to remove various types of body surface tumor,postoperatively histopathological examination to clarify the nature of the tumor and the situation of edge of the base excision.Results All cases were stage Ⅰ wound healing,wound scar smaller,of which 84 cases Follow-up 6 months to 2 years,organ displacement without distortion,nice appearance,the patients were satisfied.Conclusion Body surface tumor resection with plastic surgery technique is an ideal method of treatment.
