摘要
目的:探讨用DHS内因定法治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法:总结分析使用DHS内固定法进行治疗的股骨粗隆间骨折的20例患者的病例资料。结果:对这20例病人随访4～18月。其中恢复为优者13例,占总数的65.0%;恢复为良5例,占总数的25.0%;恢复为差1例,占总数的5.0%。1例术后3天死于急性心肌梗死,死亡率为5.0%。结论:DHS内固定手术操作简单、准确、用时少、安全性高,是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的一种较为理想的内固定术术方式。
Objective to explore the DHS intertrochanteric fractures internal cause for the clinical effect of treatment.Methods summarize analysis used in the treatment of DHS fixed intertrochanteric fractures 20 cases material.The results in 20 patients,followed up from 4 to 18 months.Optimal 13 cases,accounting for 65.0%;Good 5 cases,accounting for 25.0%;Poor in 1,5.0%.1 of 35 3 days died of acute myocardial infarction,and mortality was 5.0%.Conclusion internal fixation operation while the operation is simple,accurate and spent less time,high security,is the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures a more ideal of internal fixation operation.
