氨基胍对哮喘豚鼠NO及TNF-α水平的影响

摘要 选取 32只健康豚鼠随机分为哮喘组 ( A组 )、氨基胍组 ( B组 )、激素组 ( C组 )和正常对照组 ( D组 )。采血测定各组豚鼠血清中一氧化氮 ( NO)和肿瘤坏死因子 - α( THF- α)含量。结果 B组血清中 NO、THF- α含量和 C组、D组差别无显著性 ,但明显低于 A组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。认为氨基胍能明显降低哮喘发作的危险因子 NO和 THF-α含量 ,可望成为临床上控制哮喘发作的一种新药。 health guinea pigs were classified randomly as asthma group(A group),amino guanidine group(B group),hormone group(C group)and control group(D group).All guinea pigs blood were measured the NO and TNF α The results showed that the No 2 /NO 3 - and TNF-α level in the serum of A groups was significantly higher than that of other groups(p<0 05);the NO 2 -/NO 3 -,THF α level in the serum of B groups was no different than that of C and D groups.Thus we conclude that amino guanidine can decreases the serum level of No and THF α in the asthmatic guinea pigs,and can control asthmatic attack.It suggests that amino guanidine might as medicine to control asthmatic attack.
