摘要
当代中国共产党的党员干部是否具有坚定的共产主义理想和中国特色社会主义信念,不仅直接关系到党的执政能力、关系到经济社会的科学发展和和谐社会建设、关系到党员干部队伍的整体形象和精神状态,而且关系到党员干部的履职方式和职业生涯安全。坚定党员干部的共产主义理想和中国特色社会主义信念,是党校教育的核心任务。明确党员干部理想信念教育的性质特征和成效评价,是我们切实承担好这一核心任务的基础和前提。
Whether the Party cadres in contemporary times have firm communist ideal and belief in socialism with Chinese characteristics is of great significance.It is directly related to the Party's administration abilities,scientific development of economy and society as well as construction of harmonious society.Besides,it also affects the ranks of cadres' overall image and state of mind as well as their performance style and career security.As a matter of fact,it is the core task of Party Schools' education to firm the Party cadres' communist ideal and belief in socialism with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,to make clear features and effectiveness of the education is the basis and precondition of fulfilling the task.
