摘要
随着"终身教育"、"创新型社会"等教育潮流带来的挑战,作为现代教育的基石的学前教育必须进行儿童的创新素养及其培养的研究。开发儿童的创造潜能并使其成为创造性人才需要教师和儿童的共同努力。影响儿童创新素养差异性的因素主要表现为:儿童先天个性素养发展的不同,幼儿园和小学教育中功利化要求的不同,师生关系相互悦纳程度的不同,各地教学中的软硬件配置的不同。儿童的创新素养的培养有别于其他普通教育目标和其他具体的职业规划,其培养的特色目标是构建儿童良好的可再生学习资源,让儿童在今后生活中不断地学习和发挥自己的内在资源潜力。而学前班作为幼小衔接阶段的关键部分,如何处理好该阶段儿童差异性及其内部创新素养的平衡关系问题亟待解决和考虑。
Because of the challenges from "lifelong learning","innovation society" and some other educational trends,pre-school education,as the basis of modern education,must focus on children's innovation accomplishments and the cultivation of these innovation accomplishments.Teachers and children should work together to help children develop their creative potential and then students can grow up into adults with creativity eventually.The main factors causing differences in innovation accomplishments of children are:the differences in the developments of children's inborn personality,the different utilitarian requirements from kindergarten and primary school education,the different levels of pleasing to each other between teachers and students and the different hardware and software teaching resources allocation across the country.
