摘要
针对轴向力过大对轧机造成损害的问题,介绍了热轧宽带钢粗轧机轴向力检测及预警系统,该系统可实现轧机轴向力的实时连续检测和自动预警,其电机轴向受力可增加40%。
To the problem： too large axial force would damage rolling mill,it is introduced the axial force measurement and its precaution system for rough rolling mill of hot-rolled wide strip.It can realize real-time continuous checking and automatic alarming.
