摘要
分支管路离心泵在偏离设计工况下运行时,管路特性比较复杂,泵实际效率较低,能量损失较多。结合DSJH8×10×13M泵实际使用情况,应用离心泵相似原理,对叶轮进行切削改造,改造后离心泵功率下降14.4kW,可节约大量电能。分析结果对石化行业的节能降耗具有参考价值。
When the branch pipeline on centrifugal pump deviating design, the pipeline characteristic was very complicated, the pump actually efficiency was low, a lot of energy loss. This pa- per combine the actually use of DSJH8× 10× 13 M pump, cut the impeller according to the centrifugal pump similar theory, the pump power lower 14.4 kW after transformation, saved a lot of power every year. The result can be referred for the energy saving of petrol chemical industry.
