摘要
体外法主要是采用生物模拟技术模拟动物消化环境和消化过程,在饲料营养价值评定时,具有便捷、快速、费用低廉等优点。文章综述了反刍动物的体外模拟法评定饲料营养价值,包括两步法、酶解法、尼龙袋技术、人工瘤胃技术及发酵气体来源等。
The method of in vitro simulates the environment and the process of animal digest in the assessment of the nutrition value of ruminant feed; this method is fast and inexpensive. This article reviewed the methods of assessment of the nutrition value of ruminant feed in vitro methods for simulated, including enzymatic digestion, nylon bag technique, artificial rumen technique, the method of Tilley-Terry.
