摘要
目的了解女大学生对乳房保健知识及乳房自检(BSE)的认知状况,探讨恰当的预防保健措施。方法随机抽取17～24岁各专业女大学生1000名,用自行设计的问卷进行调查,数据经Excel统计分析。结果受访学生中86.3%经常关注自身乳房健康,79.3%听说、看到过或掌握乳腺自检(BSE)方法,41.0%做过BSE,96.9%期望获得更多乳房保健知识。结论女大学生对自身乳房健康重视程度较高,但对BSE了解不足,乳房保健知识欠缺,对其进行相关知识教育十分必要。
Objective To understand the cognitive situation of breast health knowledge and breast self-examination （BSE） among female college students, and to explore proper preventive health care measures. Methods Self administered questionnaires were conducted among 1000 female students who aged from 17 to 24 years old, these students were selected randomly and they majored in various specialties. Data was collected and analyzed by Excel. Results Among these students, 86.3% of them have paid more attention to their breast health; 79.3 % of them have heard, saw or mastered BSE while only 41. 0% do it; 96. 9% of the students expected for breast health protection knowledge. Conclusions Most female college students paid more attention to their breast health; they understood BES less and were shortage of breast health protection knowledge. It is necessary to provide related breast health protection knowledge for them.
