摘要
动物实验室的平稳运行涉及到人员、设施设备、消毒灭菌、实验期动物等方面的管理。最近10多年来,我国实验动物学研究和食品药品检定工作的快速发展,对实验动物和动物实验管理提出更高的要求,也是对实验动物从业者新的挑战。动物实验设施的管理如何满足科研和检定工作要求,是我们一直探索和追求的目标。处理随时出现的各种问题是实验动物设施日常管理的一部分,及时发现问题,分析问题,通过硬件的改良和管理制度的创新,逐步优化和完善动物实验管理系统,提高动物实验的服务水平和能力。结合我单位具体情况,针对动物实验室日常管理过程中出现的一些普遍性问题进行分析并探索解决办法,和广大科学实验工作者以及实验动物同行进行交流和探讨。
The smooth operation of animals experimental facility relate to personnel,facilities and equipment,disinfection and sterilization,experimental animals husbandry,and so on.In this article,we have analyzed some universal problems in the management of animal experimental facility.Combining with the specific situation in our institute,we have studied and explored the solutions and countermeasures of these problems.
