摘要
糖尿病是脑卒中的重要危险因素。对糖尿病患者进行积极降糖治疗,对于卒中一级预防有重要意义。糖尿病是卒中复发的独立危险因素,其在不同亚型卒中复发中的作用是不同的。强化降糖治疗在卒中二级预防中的作用尚未明确。
Diabetes mellitus is one of the major risk factors for stroke. It is important that lowering glucose intensively plays a role for aprimary prevention of stroke. Diabetes mellitus is also an independent risk factor for stroke recurrence, and the role of diabetes in the recurrence of different subtypes of stroke is different. The effect of lowering intensively glucose in the secondary prevention of stroke is still equivocal.
