摘要
采用系统化的思维方法,对智能交通产业链的系统特性进行分析,以系统理论为基础,探讨促进智能交通产业链知识整合的三种动力:内部推动、环境推动和政府推动,在此基础上构建智能交通产业链知识整合的机制模型。分析促进智能交通产业链知识整合的自组织机制、他组织机制和环境机制的运行条件。
The paper first analyzes the systematic characteristics of the intelligent transportation industry chain by systemat- ic thinking method. Then, on the foundation of systematic theory, it probes into three kinds of power： internal power, envi- ronmental power and government power which can promote the knowledge integration of intelligent transportation chain. On this basis, it constructs the model of knowledge integration mechanism of intelligent transportation industry chain. Finally, the paper analyzes the operating condition of self- organizing mechanism, organized mechanism and environmental mecha- nism which can promote the knowledge integration of intelligent transportation industry chain.
