摘要
目的:优选壁虎药材多糖提取的最佳工艺。方法:首次采用正交试验设计法,以壁虎药材多糖含量为指标,确定多糖提取的最佳工艺。结果:建立了壁虎药材多糖的提取最优工艺:药材粉末超声提取20min,加入溶剂量30倍,醇沉浓度为90%。结论:优选出的壁虎多糖提取工艺稳定、合理、可行,为壁虎药材的质量评价提供了实验依据。
Objective：To optimize the extraction technology of polysaccharides in Gekko swinhonis.Methods：The optimized extraction technology was investigated using the orthogonal test with the content of polysaccharides as the index for the first time.Results：The best extracting condition of polysaccharides in Gekko swinhonis was established,that＇s the powder of Gekko swinhonis was extracted for 20 minutes with 30 times amount of water by ultrasonic,and then the supernatant fluid was sinked by 90% Alcohol.Conclusion：The optimum extraction condition was stable and reliable,and would provide a theoretical basis for formulating the quality standards of traditional Chinese medicine Gekko swinhonis.
