摘要
运用X-射线衍射法研究几种化学物质及保存温度对苏云金杆菌LB-2菌株伴孢晶体的影响,测得晶体结构变化与经生物测定得到的毒力之间有较好的相关性。
The effects of temperature and reserve period on parasporal crystal’s three-dimensional structure of Bacillus thuringiensis LB-2 were studied by X-ray diffractometer.Results showed that,the reduce ratio of insecticidal activity by bio-assay show no difference with the destroy degree of three-dimensional structure by X-ray dffractometer.
