摘要
目的测定金樱茎中总鞣质的含量,与金樱根总鞣质的含量进行比较,研究其替代金樱根入药的可行性。方法采用超声波法提取金樱茎的鞣质,采用紫外分光光度法测定金樱茎中的鞣质的含量,在碱性的条件下加磷钼钨酸,于750 nm处测定吸光度,以没食子酸为标准计算样品中鞣质的含量。结果测得本批次金樱茎的总鞣质平均含量为4.51%。结论金樱茎鞣质含量明显少于金樱根,建议不要混入金樱根入药。
Objective To determine the content of tannin in Rosae Caulis,compare it with Rosae Radix,and study the practicability about replacing Rosae Radix by Rosae Caulis.Methods Use UV spectrophotometry to determine the content of tannin in Rosae Caulis,make color by adding phosphomolybdium tungstic acid at alkaline state,absorption wavelength was set at 750nm,take gallic acid as standard in calculating the content of tannin in sample.Results The mean content of tannin in Rosae Caulis was 4.51%.Conclusion The content of tannin in Rosae Caulis was lower than that in Rosae Radix,so not suggest to replace Rosae Radix.
