摘要
斑疹伤寒是由斑疹伤寒立克次体引起的一种急性传染病,其临床表现主要为急性起病、发热、皮疹、淋巴结肿大、肝脾肿大等。文章以西藏地区1例斑疹伤寒为例,对其临床特征及诊断治疗要点做了说明。
Typhus is an acute contagious disease caused by typhus rickettsia and often associated with the manifestation of acute onset,fever,skin rash,lymph-nodes Enlargement and splenohepatomegaly in clinical.In this paper,one case of typhus in Tibet was reported and furthermore introduced its clinical feature and main diagnosis,and treatments were introduced furthermore.
