摘要
目的 观察原发性高血压左室肥厚(LVH)与QT离散度(QTd)及校正的QT离散度(QTcd)的关系。方法 通过测量31例高血压病并发LVH,22例高血压病无LVH者及20例正常健康人的左室重量指数(LVMI)、QTd及QTcd、并对高血压患者进行QTd、QTcd与LVMI的进行直线相关分析,各组间QTd、QTcd进行t检验。结果 高血压病患者QTd、QTcd与LVMI呈正相关(r=0.7756,P<0.01;r=0.7681,P<0.01)、LVH组和非LVH组,正常对照组相比QTd、QTcd显著增加、而非LVH组与正常对照组相比无显著差异。结论 高血压病患者QTd和QTcd随着LVMI的增加而升高,而决定它们的因素是LVH而不是血压水平。
Objective To observe the relationship between primary hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) and QT dispersion degree(QTd)as well as QT corrected dispersion degree (QTcd). Method 31 hypersion patients complicated with LVH and 22 hypertension patients without LVH as well as 20 healthy persons, all received tests concerning theri LVMI,QTd and QTcd. Linear corrective analysis of QTD, QTcd and LVMI was carried out for all the patients with hypertension and t test about QTd and QTcd was performed for all the groups.Result QTd,QTcd and LVMI of hypertension patients showed positive correlation(r=0.7767,P<0.01;r=0.7681,P<0.01).QTd and QTcd in patients with LVH were remarkably higher than those in patients without LVH and those normal persons. No obvious differences were found between LVH group and the control group.Conclusion QTd and QTcd in hypertension patients are increased along with the increase of LVMI,and the causative factors exist in LVH rather than in the hypertension level.
