核主泵用流体静压型机械密封耦合模型与性能分析 被引量:18

Coupling Model and Performance Analysis of Hydrostatic Mechanical Seals for Reactor Coolant Pumps

摘要 采用商业有限元软件建立了核主冷泵用流体静压型机械密封动、静环组件的非线性二维轴对称有限元模型,通过对接触状态的分析给出了合理的动、静环简化边界约束条件,基于此建立了热弹耦合数值模型,对雷诺方程、能量方程、热传导方程进行耦合求解,证明了所建立模型的正确性,并对静环端面尺寸参数进行了优化设计。为保证良好的稳态密封性能,计算结果推荐静环端面的锥角在300~350μrad范围内选择,台阶半径Rm在0.120~0.125m范围内取值。 A two-dimensional axisymmetric finite element model of hydrostatic mechanical seal's stator and rotator components for reactor coolant pump was established by MSC.Marc software,and appropriate boundary constrained condition of stator and stator was obtained by analyzing the contact state among seal rings,secondary seal and ring seat.Based on that,a thermo-elastic mathematical model was established by coupling the Reynolds equation,energy equation,and thermal conduction equation for seal rings and lubrication film.The numerical model was validated by comparison to numerical results of existing model.The configuration parameters of stator ring face were optimized.The results show that 350~400μrad cone angle of the stator ring face and 0.1225~0.125m taper radius are recommended to assure a well steady seal performance.
