摘要
目的了解手术室护理人员对关怀的认知程度,分析影响手术室护士关怀能力的相关因素,为培养和提高手术室护理人员的关怀能力提供依据。方法运用质性研究方法,对12名手术室护理人员进行深度访谈,按照现象学方法对资料进行整理和分析。结果手术室护理人员肯定了关怀对于手术患者的重要性;工作量、情绪对关怀的实施有一定的影响;个人经历、角色转换、榜样作用与关怀能力的形成和发展有关。结论手术室护理人员对关怀有较好的认知。加强对手术室护士人文社科和心理知识的培训,有助于其对关怀能力更深层次的认识。
Objective To understand operating theatre nurses′awareness of caring,to explore factors influencing operating theatre nurses′caring ability,and to provide reference for cultivating and improving operating theatre nurses′caring ability.Methods Twelve operating room nurses were in-depth interviewed,and data were processed and analyzed by using Colaizzi′s analysis method.Results The operating theatre nurses convinced caring was very important to surgical patients;workload and emotion might influence implement of caring;and personal experience,role transition and role model were related to formation and development of caring ability.Conclusion The operating theatre nurses have developed a certain awareness of caring,and humanistic and social sciences and psychological course should be provided to operating theatre nurses in an attempt to strengthen their awareness of caring ability.
