摘要
采用分子杂交技术检测２例人原发性乳腺癌ＨＥＲ－２原癌基因ＤＮＡ及ＲＮＡ水平的改变。结果该基因在肿瘤组织未见扩增与重排，但其中１例在ＲＮＡ水平却异常表达，推测这种现象可能与该基因转录调控的失调有关。提示ＨＥＲ－２原癌基因的激活亦可能依赖其转录途径完成。
The changes of DNA and RNA level of HER-2 proto-oncogene in 2 cases of human primary breast cancer were examined using molecular hybridization technique.The results showed that amplification and rearrangement of the gene had not been found in tumor tissues,however,in 1 case RNA expressed abnormally.We presumed that the phenomenon may be associated with imbalance of transcriptional regulation from the gene,which suggested that the HER-2 proto-oncogene activation may also be achieved by its transcriptional pathway.
