丁香和藿香不同溶剂提取物对人参黑斑病菌的抑制效果 被引量:10

Inhibitory Effects of Different Extracts from Eugenia aromatica and Pogostemon cablin Against Alternaria panax

摘要 为给研制和开发防治人参黑斑病新型植物源农药提供依据,采用生长速率法和倍比稀释法研究了丁香和藿香不同溶剂提取物对人参黑斑病菌的抑制效果。结果表明:质量浓度为1g/mL的丁香95%乙醇、丙酮和乙醚粗提物对人参黑斑病菌有较好的抑制作用,抑菌率分别达100%;藿香的95%乙醇、丙酮和乙醚的粗提物抑菌率分别为73.8%、48.7%和40.0%。稀释后的丁香95%乙醇和丙酮提取液第6天的最小抑制浓度为0.062 5g/mL,丁香乙醚提取液第6天的最小抑制浓度为0.125g/mL。田间小区试验表明,丁香和藿香95%乙醇提取液的防效分别为67.8%和46.8%。结论:丁香和藿香的95%乙醇提取液中具有抑制人参黑斑病的活性成分,可进一步研究为高效无毒的杀菌剂。 The inhibitory effect of different extracts from E.aromatical and P.cablin were analyzed by growth rate and multiple proportion dilution methods to provide the scientific basis for developing new botanical pesticides against A.panax.The results showed that the bacteriostatic rate of the extracts of acetone,ether and 95%ethanol from E.aromatica against A.panax reached 100% and the bacteriostatic rate of the extracts of acetone,ether and 95%ethanol from P.cablin against A.panax was 73.8%,48.7% and 40.0% respectively.The minimal inhibitory concentration of the extracts of acetone and 95% ethanol from E.aromatica and the extract of ether from E.aromatica was 0.0625g/mL and 0.125g/mL in six days separately.The results from the plot test showed that the control effect of the extracts of 95% ethanol from E.aromatica and P.cablin was 67.8% and 46.8% respectively.The extracts of 95% ethanol from E.aromatica and P.cablin with the activity composition against A.panax could be used as fungicides with efficiency and nontoxic in future.
