慢性阻塞性肺疾病的遗传易感性研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是环境因素与遗传因素共同作用的结果。目前发现α_1-抗胰蛋白酶、α_1-抗糜蛋白酶、囊性纤维化跨膜调节子、血型抗原、维生素D结合蛋白、α_2-巨球蛋白、细胞色素P4501A、人类白细胞Ⅰ类相关抗原、免疫球蛋白缺陷和微粒体环氧化物水解酶等与COPD遗传易感性有关。结合珠蛋白、细胞外超氧歧化酶、分泌型白细胞蛋白水解酶抑制剂以及组织蛋白酶G也可能是COPD遗传易感性的候选基因。
