摘要
临床观察 60例甲状腺腺瘤患者 ,随机分为治疗组 (益气养阴“甲瘤方”) 4 0例 ,对照组 (甲状腺素片 ) 2 0例作疗效对照。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 90 % ,半年后复发率为 10 % ;对照组总有效率为 60 % ,半年后复发率为 5 1%。两组疗效比较治疗组明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。
Sixty cases with thyroma were randomly divided into treatment group(n=40)treated with Qi enriching and Yin nourishing for Thyroma Decoction and control group(n=20)treated with thyroxine,and their effects were compared.In treatment group,the total effective rate was 90% and recurrence rate was 10% within six months;in control group,the total effective rate was 60% and the recurrence rate was 51%.Comparison showed better effects in treatment group than in control group( P <0.05).
