摘要 乌当制梁场在土石方平场施工中采用潜孔台阶弱松动爆破的方法,使用牙轮钻机成孔,具有成孔速度快、孔深孔径能满足要求、孔内清洁干净、不易塌孔等特点。爆破根据场地情况,采取台阶式逐次纵向剥离,潜孔弱松动爆破少扰动山体的施工方法。该方法具有逐层一次开挖到位,随开挖、随刷坡,扰动小,对附近村民影响小的特点。爆破后岩石达到较为适合填筑的块径,避免中间改炮,影响工序衔接。 During the earthwork construction in Wudang beam yard, shallow-hole bench type weak loosening blasting is adopted which is characterized by fast speed in preparing the blast hole by rotary drilling rig, suitable depth and diameter of hole, clean hole inside and stable hole. By such blasting method, it causes minimum disturbance to the surrounding hills. Additionally, excavation of each bench will be completed once for all, and side slope trimming will be done along with excavation. It causes little disturbance to nearby villagers. Shallow-hole weak blasting means a blasting method in which, in order to achieve an expected blasting result, the blasting hole is less than 4 m in depth and dynamite is loaded through calculation and detonated according to a certain sequence based on the delayed exploding time difference. The excavated rock is of a suitable size to be used as filler in subgrade.
